The 2020 Jones Prodigy is disregarding all the norms of snowboards made for youth, and giving the young shredders what they really need. Premium construction combined with a progression fueled design will get your grom riding at the next level in no time. The directional twin shape with a playful flex makes for the perfect freestyle tool to learn to ride rails, carve up groomers, or get creative in the backcountry. Camber underfoot gives it the pop, while the rocker at the edges makes for smooth, catch free turns. Jones have also narrowed the waist width so those with smaller feet have no problems learning to ride rails. Prodigy status soon to be unlocked with this board!

Board Type: All Mountain Freestyle

Camber Type: CamRock

A traditional camber profile tweaked to be a bit more forgiving. Camber through the centre of the board that tapers to flat towards the tips, with rocker for added lift in the nose and tail. This balances the pop and stability of camber with a looser, floatier, more catch-free ride.

Flex: 4/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff)

A mid flex that is stable at speed and responsive when you need it, but still soft enough to play around all over the mountain.

Shape: Twin Directional

Technically this board is directional, and you’ll feel more power and control when riding forwards. Turn it around and ride switch and you’ll barely notice a difference.

Spoon 1.0

Subtle yet effective 3D-base contours featuring an even balance of 2mm spoon bevel in the nose and 2mm spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just after the rocker point.

Wend Natural Wax – Jones boards are ready to shred straight out of the shop and are factory waxed with Wend natural wax.

Super Sap Bio Resin – All Jones boards are built with bio-based, renewable epoxy instead of petroleum based epoxy. The raw materials used to make Super Sap Bio-Resin are co- products or waste products of other plant- based industrial processes. Producing Super Sap requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions than conventional epoxy.
